The 2003 Indy 500 winner and two-time Champ Car champion announced his retirement from driving in the ALMS series on Friday one day before leading flag-to-flag at the Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course. Rumors abound as to who will be signed to drive de Ferran's newly planned team to compete in the 2010 IndyCar season and maybe we'll get some insight today....

Also on the show: National Speed Sport News columnist, Susan Wade. Author of "the Straightline", she'll give us the latest on the NHRA and how the "Countdown" is shaping up.
