BRIDGEVIEW, Ill., Aug. 7 -- Manitex International, Inc. , a leading provider of engineered lifting solutions including boom truck cranes, rough terrain forklifts and special mission oriented vehicles, announced today that management will announce its 2009 second quarter financial results after market close on Thursday, August 13, 2009. Management will then host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results with the investment community.
