Baldor Electric Company Reports 3rd Quarter 2009 Dividend

FORT SMITH, Ark., Aug. 4, 2009 -- Baldor Electric Company markets, designs and manufactures industrial electric motors, mechanical power transmission products, drives and generators. Baldor made the following announcement today after the recent Board of Directors meeting.

Cash Dividend ... The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's common stock payable on September 30, 2009, to shareholders of record on September 9, 2009.
