Ram's new twin-plate clutch: How the 2010 Camaro and other LS-powered vehicles can transmit tons of grunt without chatter

Ladies and Gentlemen:

How racing improves the breed:

About two months ago, a prominent oval track driving school in the southeast
phoned our office concerning clutch troubles in their school cars.
Apparently, the clutch plate rivets were breaking in all of them.

We introduced them to Ram, the most knowing of all competition clutch
makers. A short time later the driving school switched and, bingo, the
problem was solved. When the Columbia, SC, company was approached regarding
why such clutch failures occur in products from well-known companies,
"Racing," they said, "when you have exposure to the hard fought battles in
high-level competition, you learn more."

In drag racing Ram has won every Pro Stock IHRA championship since 1995,
except one. This year, in most Pro Stock, Pro Mod, and other high-end
championships, from NHRA to the innovative ADRL, Ram Clutches is leading the
field. Here attached is news of their latest twin-plate offering-it's for
the 2010 Camaro and other LS-powered vehicles.
