In 2008, the average sales of saloon cars increased by 11 percent compared with 2007. Himfr's market analyst forecasts that by 2011 China's auto market demand structure should be optimized: the market share for automobiles with small displacement below 1.5 liters will account for more than 40 percent of sales, of which 1.0 liter small displacement vehicles will account for above 15 percent of the market share.

Because low emission cars are in line with the requirements of energy-saving and environmental protection, are more practical, and are more in line with China's national conditions.
