DriverSide and Experian Announce Partnership

Hi News and Press Release Submissions-

I wanted to let you know that today, DriverSide announced a partnership
with Experian to promote customer loyalty. The partnership is centered
on Experian's AutoCheck vehicle history reports featuring the AutoCheck
Score. It's an industry first.

AutoCheck Scores provide consumers with a numeric score specific to each
vehicle's history that factors reported events such as title and
registration information, accidents, auction announcements and other
data. Through the partnership, DriverSide will automatically include
the AutoCheck Score in its vehicle garages and will offer online
"garages" for Experian customers who have recently purchased a used
vehicle.

Please let me know if you're interested in learning more about
DriverSide's suite of Business Services or this partnership.

Best,

Catherine

DRIVERSIDE.COM AND EXPERIAN TO HELP CAR OWNERS BETTER MANAGE THE VEHICLE
OWNERSHIP CYCLE

Partnership will deepen Experian's relationship with customers and
provide DriverSide with increased customer retention and lead generation

SAN FRANCISCO - July 21, 2008 - DriverSide.com, the first and only
website dedicated to the car owner and global information company
Experian today announced a new program that will promote customer
loyalty and additional features for the DriverSide site.

The partnership is centered on Experian's AutoCheck vehicle history
reports featuring the AutoCheck Score. An industry first, the AutoCheck
Score provides consumers with a numeric score specific to each vehicle's
history that factors reported events such as title and registration
information, accidents, auction announcements and other data. Through
the partnership, DriverSide will automatically include the AutoCheck
Score in its vehicle garages and will offer online "garages" for
Experian customers who have recently purchased a used vehicle. Working
together, the companies are committed to helping car owners save time
and money throughout each step of the ownership cycle.

"DriverSide.com is a valuable tool for drivers, providing the resources
they need for owning and maintaining their vehicles," said Scott
Waldron, president of Experian's Automotive group. "AutoCheck vehicle
history reports with the AutoCheck Score are a perfect fit for
DriverSide. By being able to quickly and confidently understand
important events in their vehicle's history, consumers can make better
decisions when it comes to servicing and eventually selling their
vehicle."

DriverSide already hosts more than 250,000 garages for drivers who use
the site's many free driver-friendly features. Through the partnership,
Experian will create a long-term connection with their customers through
DriverSide garages, as well as access DriverSide's growing community of
drivers.

"The partnership with Experian is a natural fit for DriverSide, since
both companies are trying to help drivers make smart and informed
decisions about their vehicles," said Jad Dunning, CEO of DriverSide.
"With the current economic conditions and their impact on car sales, now
is the time for the automotive industry to double down on customer
retention and focus on car owners to generate new leads."
