Ducote Does Double Duty At Lime Rock

Lime Rock, July 17, 2009: Miami-based driver Chapman Ducote, currently running third in this year's ALMS LMP1 Championship standings, will not only be running alongside teammates Jon and Clint Feild, but the hard charger will also take the wheel of Intersport Racing's IMSA Lites mount in support of regular driver Kyle Marcelli at this weekend's Northeastern Grand Prix At Lime Rock.

"Kyle had a prior event committment," says Ducote. "...and I'm happy to jump in and help my team. Lime Rock is a historic race track and since our StrategicAir LMP1 program is really beginning to show pace, the last half of the season should be exciting for the team and me personally. As for the Lites ride the car is a blast to drive, and it should really suit the race track.

Back on the LMP1 side, Clint qualified P4 so we'll be in a good position to move up once the race starts Sunday. Unfortunately the Patron guys are really flying so we will have to hustle to catch them. Nonetheless, it's Lime Rock and anything can happen so we'll lay it down and see where we end up."
