COCOA BEACH, Fla.--Surfers and volunteers alike will gather Saturday, July 25, at Lori Wilson Park for an action-packed day at the beach.

Local car dealer Toyota of Melbourne has teamed up with Life Rolls On Foundation to host an all-day event benefiting people of all ages who suffer from spinal cord injury.

Life Rolls On Foundation, a nonprofit foundation based in Los Angeles, assists and inspires young people affected by spinal cord injury. During its 10-city tour for their flagship program They Will Surf Again, the Life Rolls On Foundation will make a stop at Cocoa Beach.

Individuals with spinal cord injuries gather for a day of surfing, inspiration and camaraderie. Some have not surfed since their injury, some have never surfed, some surf all the time despite their varying mobility. LRO volunteer, Melbourne celebrity and pro-surfer Connie Arias, a Billabong-sponsored rider, will hit the Cocoa Beach shores to support the local They Will Surf Again campaign.
