Cycle Country Announces Postponement of Its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

SPENCER, Iowa--Cycle Country Accessories Corporation (AMEX:ATC), announced today that it is postponing its 2009 Annual Meeting which was scheduled for July 29, 2009.

Previously, the company announced that it had made a change in its Auditing firm to a larger, full-service firm. (Please see SEC Form 8-K dated Wednesday May 27, 2009).

Subsequent to that change and announcement, the company has made a change in its legal representation, consolidating much of the work being done by many individuals and small firms into one larger, full–service firm.

With this change of both the Auditors and Attorneys, additional time is needed for the transfer of files necessary for the proxy solicitation.

The date and time of the Annual Shareholders’ meeting will be announced within the next 30 days.
