READING, UNITED KINGDOM – June 24, 2009: Effective 1st July 2009, the leadership of claims solutions company Audatex UISA and vehicle provenance specialist HPI, both members of the global Solera group of companies, will be consolidated with the appointment of Managing Director Joe Doyle.
Doyle, who has held the post of Managing Director of HPI since 2006, will now also assume responsibility for the management of Audatex UK, India, South Africa and Australia (UISA). Doyle brings 15 years experience in the Motor and Finance industry to his new role.

I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Joe on his appointment and to thank our associates and customers who have worked diligently to support us through this transition.”
Joe Doyle, Managing Director of Audatex UISA and HPI said: “I am delighted to take up this exciting new role which will allow us to focus on optimizing the strengths and resources of Audatex UISA and HPI and to explore, develop and deliver the many synergies that exist for all our stakeholders.
