BRACKNELL, UNITED KINGDOM – June 16, 2009: Mondial Assistance has recognised the dedication and expertise of its BMW Group Emergency Service Technicians and presented certificates and prize vouchers to the winners. The overall award was won by Stuart Donovan, with Mike Campbell and Ian Mitchell as runners up. In recognition of their service, BMW (UK) Ltd also presented the winners with watches from their Lifestyle collection of high performance clothing, accessories and gifts.

The process of selecting the top three was a long and detailed one, covering diagnostic skills, roadside repair rate, accuracy of warranty returns and customer satisfaction ratings.

Technical Services Director at Mondial Assistance, Robert James, is extremely proud of the Technicians' achievements. “Having worked in partnership with BMW for the past 29 years, we are committed to continually improving the customer experience,” James commented. BMW customers, quite rightly, have high expectations and we do everything we can to ensure we meet and exceed them.”

There was also an award for the best performing regional BMW Technician team and this year it went to the Northern region. “The results have been extremely positive with further improvement on the previous year,” added James. “This is due to not only the ongoing training and technological investments made by Mondial Assistance but also the excellent working relationship we have with BMW (UK) Ltd.
