*WHAT*
Jessica Zemken will be entering the ASCS Sprint Car event at the Canandaigua
Speedway this coming Saturday night.  The race will be the second of 2009
for Zemken at the “Land of Legends”, after finishing 6th in the World of
Outlaws Sprint Car Event on May 25th.



*WHERE*

Canandaigua Speedway – Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region,
Canandaigua Speedway stands as one of the most revered ovals on the entire
DIRT Motorsports circuit. The popular half-mile has been in existence for
nearly a half-century, with the past 24 stock car racing seasons run under
the DIRT banner.



*WHEN*

June 13th – King of Central New York Sprint Car Challenge, presented by
A-Verdi, sanctioned by the ASCS Patriots



*NEWS & NOTES*

Jessica has had a great success in sprint car action at the Land of Legends.
In an ASCS event in 2007, the Sprakers, NY throttle-jockey came home in the
show position (3rd) behind winner Jason Barney and runner-up Jared Zimbardi.




She was also able to showcase her talents this past Memorial Day weekend
with the World of Outlaws Sprint cars, winning her heat race, running well
in the dash, and placing 6th in the A-Main.



In two ASCS events so far in 2009, Jessica has two top 10 finishes.  She
finished 6th at Albany-Saratoga Speedway on May 8th and 7th at Black Rock
Speedway on May 15th.
