Dover International Speedway and Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC extend long standing relationship

DOVER, May 25, 2009: Dover International Speedway and Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV) LLC have announced a new seven-year agreement that reaffirms Pepsi as the “Official and Exclusive Soft Drink & Bottled Water of Dover International Speedway.” Dover’s relationship with Pepsi Bottling Ventures spans many years, and Pepsi products have become a staple amongst thirsty race fans at the Monster Mile.

Pepsi’s involvement blankets the sport of NASCAR, from being on the hood of Jeff Gordon’s No. 24 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet, to its partnership with Dover, and the two partners regularly work together to offer fans special promotions leading up to the event weekends at the Monster Mile.

Fans will be able to purchase Pepsi products – including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, Aquafina and AMP Energy – at the dozens of concessions stands located around the one-mile, concrete oval. Pepsi products are also served on the property adjacent to the track at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino.
