Visteon Receives Corporate Citizenship Award in Brazil

SAO PAULO, April 30, 2009 -- Visteon Corporation (OTC:VSTN) was recognized as one of the 10 best companies in social responsibility in Brazil, during an April 28 ceremony in Sao Paulo. Visteon received the "Citizen Company" award, sponsored by Gestao & RH Publisher, a publication based in Brazil specializing in human resources topics.

"Citizen Company" is awarded to companies demonstrating best practices in corporate citizenship. It is based on an assessment of corporate values, institutional partnerships, environmental commitment, volunteer programs and other factors.

"We are very proud to receive this recognition," said Leonardo Bissoli, director of human resources for Visteon in South America. "This underscores Visteon's commitment, and that of our employees, to support actions that support our community."

Visteon employees are involved in many social responsibility programs in Brazil. The projects involve community support, education, health and voluntary actions in areas ranging from recycling to supporting workplace diversity.
