Anhui Jianghuai to Show Six Cars at the Shanghai Motor Show

SHANGHAI, CHINA - April 20, 2009: Anhui Jianghuai, a Chinese vehicle manufacturer will introduce three new passenger cars at the Auto Shanghai show tomorrow.

The company, which so far was known as a manufacturer of light- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles have entered into the passenger car segment in 2008. By introducing two new models, the Benjoy and Tojoy the company was able to break through the 10,000 unit level in this segment for the first time in March.

Boosted by this success the company will show three new models at the Auto Shanghai Show.

Leading the pack is a Pininfarina-designed elegant sedan. Code named B926 it is targeted at the lucrative mid-sized sedan market.

The company will also show a minicar in the A00-class. Powered by either a 1.0-liter or a 1.3-liter gasoline engine the sub-compact will be available with both manual and automatic transmissions.

Last but not least there will be a B-MPV Shown.
