Toyota Motor Europe Announces Organisational Changes

BRUSSELS – April 14, 2009: In line with the timing of Toyota Motor Corporation's (TMC) notice of planned executive changes, Toyota Motor Europe (TME) has today announced the following executive organisational change:

Thierry Dombreval will retire from his TME and TMC responsibilities at the close of the first Board of Directors' Meeting, held after the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting in June 2009. Until such time, there will be no change to his current responsibilities as Executive Vice-President of the Sales Functions of TME and Managing Officer of TMC.

Thierry Dombreval will continue his relationship with TME as an executive advisor on Toyota-related matters from July 2009.
