Just Plugs Becomes Official Hearing Protection of IHRA Nitro Jam

NILES, Mich. April 8, 2009: Just Plugs, the Michigan-based developer, manufacturer and seller of ornamental hearing protection, has reached an agreement with Feld Motor Sports to become the Official Hearing Protection of the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA) Nitro Jam schedule, as well as an on-site sponsor and participating partner at select United States Hot Rod Association (USHRA) Monster Jam and Monster Energy AMA (American Motorcyclist Association) Supercross events.
As part of the agreement, Just Plugs will market its products on-site at seven events throughout the three motorsports series while promoting its inaugural “Just Plugs Hear No Evil” Sweepstakes. The nine-month campaign will conclude at the IHRA Nitro Jam World Finals Oct. 23-25 at Rockingham (N.C.) Dragway.

Just Plugs offers race fans the opportunity to show their personality with ornamental hearing protection at a variety of motorsports experiences. Spark plug- and beverage bottle-shaped ear plugs will be available on-site at select Monster Jam and Supercross events and at all Nitro Jam events nationwide in 2009.

Feld Motor Sports is a subsidiary of Feld Entertainment, which produces Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and all Disney on Ice events. Feld entered the motorsports arena in 2008 with its purchase of Live Nation motorsports division and its complementary assets, most notably IHRA Nitro Jam, USHRA Monster Jam and Monster Energy AMA Supercross.
