Reshaping Mitsubishi Motors in the UK
CIRENCESTER, UNITED KINGDOM – March 31, 2009: Mitsubishi Motors in the UK has announced several major changes in its UK sales, marketing and service operations, with effect from Wednesday 1st April 2009.1
Toby Marshall to become Director of Sales and Marketing Following Jim Tyrrell’s move to Vice President and Lance Bradley’s promotion to Managing Director,2 Toby Marshall has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing.
Toby has been with Mitsubishi for 11 years and has held positions within Marketing, Product Management, Corporate Sales, dealer Area Management and most recently as General Manager of Sales Operations. He has welcomed the challenge of the new role, stating that, “Mitsubishi is a well-run Company, with excellent staff, management and products. The industry is in a difficult place right now, and we are not immune from the challenges this presents us with, but I am looking forward to getting us through this time stronger, with a dealer network that is robust and both financially and commercially viable.”

Richard Weller To Become General Manager Of Sales And Dealer Development To coincide with these other senior management changes, Richard Weller will take on the new and reshaped role of General Manager, Sales and Dealer Development. The new role merges together Mitsubishi’s Sales Operations with its Dealer Development and Training department to secure improved performance efficiencies.
Richard has been with Mitsubishi Motors for 17 years during which time he has gained immense experience as an Area Manager, Sales Planning & Analysis Manager, Ralliart Manager, Franchising Manager and most recently, General Manager of Network Development.
