Get 12% Longer Tread Life with the British-Designed Cooper Zeon CS6
MELKSHAM, UNITED KINGDOM – March 25, 2009: Cooper Tire’s newest high-performance tyre, the Cooper Zeon CS6, will do its bit in the current economic climate by delivering extra durability and an increased lifespan for motorists.
The CS6 has been designed and enhanced by Cooper’s technicians in Britain as a successor to the Cooper Zeon XTC.
The new, lighter tyre has a construction that offers less rolling resistance and features a state-of-the-art silica tread compound that lasts up to12 percent longer than its predecessor.
The money and energy-saving tyre is available in 38 sizes, from 15-inch to 18-inch diameters and is perfect for a very wide range of cars from hatchbacks to executive saloons.
With an innovative asymmetric tread pattern, the CS6 also suits the British weather, offering enhanced grip and handling characteristics in the wet, giving peace of mind as well as some respite to the wallet.
“The Cooper Zeon XTC has been a popular element of our high-performance range since it was introduced in 2005,” said Cooper Tire Europe managing director, Julian Baldwin.
“We are constantly working to continuously improve our products, and with the latest technology from our European Technology Centre, we’re able to do just that with the CS6.
“This is a tyre that not only features enhanced handling, but also a longer-lasting tread that means customers won’t have to think about spending money on replacement tyres for that bit longer – a key bonus point in the current economic climate.”
