SDG&E, Nissan to Announce Introduction of Zero-Emission Vehicles to San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA Mar 20, 2009; San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) and Nissan will introduce the newest-generation zero-emission vehicle prototype during a test drive for community leaders and vehicle fleet operators. San Diego will be the launch city for this test vehicle as it winds its way across the United States on a coast-to-coast road trip.
WHAT: SDG&E and Nissan are offering a test drive of the new all-electric test vehicle -- an indicator of what's to come in clean transportation. The prototype is powered entirely by a lithium-ion battery pack and zero-emission electric motor.
