All-New Audatex Online Training Center Makes it Easier than Ever to Earn I-CAR Points, Attain CEUs, and Get Audatex Software Training

SAN DIEGO, March 9 -- Audatex North America, Inc., a leading provider of software and services for the automotive claims processing industry, has launched a redesigned Online Training Center--the latest element of its award-winning, accredited continuing education program.

The free-to-access Online Training Center provides a convenient venue for earning I-CAR(R) points and continuing education units (CEUs), while also helping Audatex customers fully leverage their Audatex software solutions. It is a one-stop resource for Audatex product reference guides, FAQs, self-paced computer-based training, and live virtual instructor-led training. Last year, it was accessed over a quarter million times.

Enhancements introduced with this launch include:
-- improved, user-friendly look and feel
  -- popular document tracking
-- streamlined document navigation and loading
-- faster online course registration and access
-- enhanced support for French and Spanish-speaking clients

Along with this launch, a new Audatex Master Proficiency Certificate is attainable after successful completion of several different training components. In addition, three virtual classes offered on the Audatex Online Training Center offer 0.25 I-CAR points and 0.2 CEUs upon successful completion. They include: Autosource - Basic Conditioning, Audatex Estimating - Understanding the Labor Database, and Audatex Estimating - Understanding the Refinish Database.

"The Audatex Online Training Center is very convenient and easy to use," said Bob Jonkman of Jonkman Garage in Demotte, Indiana. "With the live virtual classes, I can sit in my office and participate in a real class. I can ask questions of the trainer and talk live with other shop owners and technicians who may have questions and suggestions during the class. I can spend an hour in my office attending a webinar on a specific topic of interest to me, rather than traveling to a seminar and spending half a day away from work or an evening away from my family."

Jim Kinsherf, Vice President of Service Delivery for Audatex North America, said, "We are excited to launch a redesigned Online Training Center that will help our clients position themselves for success in today's demanding marketplace. We encourage all Audatex users to take advantage of this free resource to earn I-CAR points and CEUs, and to ensure they're reaping maximum benefit from their investments in Audatex solutions."
