McMurray on racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway:

“This weekend’s race at Vegas will be the first time this season that we have IRWIN Industrial Tools on board and I’m really looking forward to a strong finish for them on Sunday. We’ve had such solid races so far this year with some really incredible race cars, so I know that we’ll be able to qualify well again and finally be able to bring home a great finish at Vegas. With Matt’s (Kenseth) wins the past two weekends, I really feel that Roush Fenway is showcasing the talent and power that our organization is capable of this season and I know that our No. 26 team is looking to start our season off with the strong finish we deserve.”

Crew chief Donnie Wingo on racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway:

“Last year we had a very hard tire when we raced at Vegas and that challenged teams to find grip throughout the race, so I believe we have a new tire for this weekend which should allow us to have a little better grip during the race. After they reconfigured the Vegas track a couple of years ago, it has really made the track a pretty technical track to get around. The car enters the corner at such a high speed due to the new banking the track has installed that we always need to focus on the car’s handling entering and exiting the turns.”
