Citroën Appoints Jean-Marc Gales As Worldwide Managing Director

PARIS, France – February 12, 2009: Jean-Marc Gales will join the PSA Peugeot CITROËN Group in March to take over as Managing Director of CITROËN. He is currently Global Sales Director for Mercedes-Benz.

He will also be nominated as a member of the PSA Peugeot CITROËN Board of Directors during the meeting of the Board of Trustees on the 21st April 2009.

Jean-Marc Gales, 46, was born in Luxembourg and has spent almost his entire career in the car industry, in particular at Volkswagen, General Motors and BMW.
