Guidepoint Adds Director of National Accounts
PONTIAC, Mich., Feb. 11, 2009 -- Telematics supplier GuidePoint Systems announced that Tara Rahe has joined the company as its director of sales for national dealer groups.
The Pontiac, Mich.-based company said Rahe will be responsible for developing Guidepoint's business among new-car dealer group, including national accounts. Guidepoint is the #1 ranked stolen vehicle tracking system in North America, as rated by independent researchers, and is sold at more than 1,500 dealerships nationwide.
Prior to joining Guidepoint, Rahe was director of sales at Knoxville, Tenn.-based Procon, Inc., a seller of GPS devices to the buy-here/pay-here market. Previously, she was a sales consultant at two Iowa-based Ford dealerships, Victory Ford in Dyersville and Finnin Ford in Dubuque.
