Modine to File Form 12b-25 with Securities and Exchange Commission; Plans to Release Third Quarter Fiscal 2009 Earnings on February 17, 2009
RACINE, Wis.--Modine Manufacturing Company , a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, announced today that it intends to file on February 10, 2009, a Form 12b-25 “Notification of Late Filing” with the Securities and Exchange Commission stating that the filing of the company’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 will be delayed and indicating that the Form 10-Q will be filed on or before February 17, 2009, the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date. A copy of the Form 12b-25 will be made available through the SEC filings section on the investor relations portal of the company’s website at http://www.modine.com and will include details regarding the reasons for the delay.
The company will release its third quarter fiscal 2009 earnings on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 and conduct a conference call and webcast for investors on that same date at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time).
