Hyundai Genesis Coupe to Appear at Top Gear Live

SYDNEY, Australia - February 5, 2009: In a surprise move, Hyundai Motor Company Australia is giving Top Gear Live guests a sneak preview of the new Genesis Coupe which will be showcased at the Melbourne International Motor Show from the end of February.

The 3.8 litre V6 231 kW rear-wheel-drive coupe displayed in Lime Green takes its place alongside a line-up of other exclusive premium performance cars. Although the car will not be officially imported to Australia, Hyundai is keen to showcase its design and engineering capabilities.

Hyundai Motor Company Australia is one of the car manufacturers supporting Top Gear Live, with the multi-award winning i30 selected for the event’s live football match.

Top Gear Live is revving it up at Sydney’s Acer Arena between the 5th and 8th February.
