Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation Increases Dividend 9.1%

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Feb. 3, 2009 -- Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation announced today that it declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share of Infinity Property and Casualty Common Stock. The annual rate of $0.48 per share represents a 9.1% increase over the dividend paid in 2008. The dividend is payable on March 20, 2009 to holders of record on March 6, 2009.
