Cytec Declares 2008 Quarterly Dividend

WOODLAND PARK, N.J. January 30, 2009: Cytec Industries Inc. announced today that the company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on the common stock of the company, payable on February 25, 2009 to shareholders of record as of February 10, 2009.
