Noble International Announces Review of Strategic Alternatives

TROY, Mich., Jan. 29, 2009 -- Noble International, Ltd. (the "Company") announced today that it has retained Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin Capital, Inc. as the Company's financial advisor to assist the Company in analyzing and considering a wide range of strategic alternatives, including potential transactions. The Company can give no assurance that a transaction of any kind will occur. The Company does not intend to disclose developments regarding the consideration of strategic alternatives unless and until the Company's board of directors has approved a specific transaction.
