Johnson Controls Announces Quarterly 2009 Dividend

MILWAUKEE, January 21, 2009: The Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) today authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable April 2, 2009 to shareholders of record March 13, 2009.
