Bill Gillespie to leave Kia Motors Australia

SILVERWATER, Australia - December 23, 2008: Mr. Terry Im, President & CEO of Kia Motors Australia, announced today that Mr. Bill Gillespie, Director of Sales & Marketing with the company, would leave the company after resigning to accept a new role with another manufacturer.

"I respect Bill's decision to resign and greatly appreciate the hard work he has put into Kia's operations in Australia, developing the Kia brand and working very closely with our dealer network," said Mr. Im. "I wish Bill all the best for the future."

Mr. Im said the company would move to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Gillespie's departure as soon as possible.
