AACHEN, Germany - December 12, 2008: AC Schnitzer models generate power from a flick of the wrist: and not only with the help of a petrol or diesel engine! The opulent Chrono S1 from the AC Schnitzer watch collection is driven by the high quality automatic movement "Caliber Dubois-Déprasz 2025“. The link between the wearer and the sophisticated timepiece is formed by a strap of black buffalo leather with white stitching. Its six-screw base is reminiscent of an AC Schnitzer Type II alloy wheel. Further special accents are set by the face in appliqué technique with hand-applied figures and skeleton hands. More solid luxury: the "body" of the watch is made of polished stainless steel, crowned with scratch-resistant sapphire glass.

The AC Schnitzer Chrono S2 is another jewel in the cuff. The multipiece stainless steel housing of the automatic chronograph has a screwed winder and bezel. Precise performance with sufficient reserves is guaranteed by a "Valjoux 7750" movement with glucydur balance wheel and Nivarox-1 hairspring. This masterpiece is also decorated with an AC Schnitzer alloy wheel: the Type III embossed into the base. Further features are the galvanized black face with conical radius diamanté secondary dials. For "night vision", the hours are indicated by white Superluminova. One highlight is the two straps supplied: one of stainless steel, the second of smooth black leather. As a further feature, the Chrono S2 is now available also with a high quality Russia leather strap in fashionable dark brown.

With its screwed base and speedometer ring, it takes styling cues from a diver's watch and can withstand water pressure up to 10 bar.
