ArvinMeritor Declares 2008 Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

TROY, Mich., November 7, 2008: The ArvinMeritor, Inc. Board of Directors at a meeting held on Nov. 7, 2008, at its corporate headquarters in Troy, Mich., declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents ($0.10) per share on the common stock of ArvinMeritor, with a record date of Nov. 24, 2008 and a payment date of Dec. 8, 2008.
