HOUSTON, TX. November 5, 2008: Group 1 Automotive, Inc. , a Fortune 500 automotive retailer, today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable on Dec. 15, 2008, to stockholders of record on Dec. 1, 2008.
