Renaud Gasc Chief Commercial Officer Spyker Cars N.V.

ZEEWOLDE, THE NETHERLANDS, 23 October 2008: Spyker Cars N.V., manufacturer of exclusive premium sports cars, announces the appointment of Mr Renaud Gasc (41) as Chief Commercial Officer. As per 1 December 2008, Mr Gasc will assume his function as CCO, in which he will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

In his current position as Automotive Manager of Motability Operations in London, Europe's largest fleet management operation, Renaud Gasc is responsible for automotive risk management and manufacturer relations. Prior to his current position Renaud worked as General Manager Europe for Lotus Cars in Norwich, U.K. Previously, he was based in Brussels, London and Paris, and worked amongst others for Ferrari Belgium & Luxembourg, Inchcape Group and Peugeot. Renaud Gasc holds a Master degree in Business Management from Grenoble École de Management, France.
