U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. to Report Third Quarter 2008 Financial Results on October 30, 2008

CARSON, Calif., October 21, 2008: U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. announced today that it will report financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008, on Thursday, October 30, 2008, after the market close. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the results the same day. Participating in the call will be Shane Evangelist, Chief Executive Officer and Michael McClane, Chief Financial Officer.

The conference call is scheduled to begin at 2:00 pm Pacific Time (5:00 pm Eastern Time) on Thursday, October 30, 2008.
