Dean Taylor explains their programs.

BIO

Dean Taylor is Senior Program Manager/Scientist, Electric Transportation Division, Southern California Edison (SCE). At SCE, Dean Taylor works on technical and business analysis as well as regulatory/legislative analysis in the Electric Transportation Division. He has been involved with battery EV studies since 1991 and plug-in HEV analysis and research since 1995. He became a founding member of the HEV Working Group in 1999, and helps research, write or commission studies by the HEV Working Group, EPRI, and SCE. He received a B.S. degree in Environmental Science, Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California Davis.
