Tom Hessert III Tops Day Two of ARCA RE/MAX Series Test at Talladega

TALLADEGA, Ala., Sept 18, 2008 - The ARCA RE/MAX Series wrapped up a two-day open test at Talladega Superspeedway today. Top honors went to Tom Hessert III who posted the fastest lap times of the day with a 185.341 mph lap in the morning session and a 185.841 mph lap in the afternoon.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Ben Stancil, Steve Blackburn and Justin Lofton rounded out the top-5 in the afternoon session.

Notables: Jeff Fultz, testing the No.2 Toyota for championship point leader Scott Speed, posted the sixth fastest lap with a speed of 182.825 mph. Former Talladega winner Frank Kimmel was 15th during the afternoon session, with a speed of 180.397 mph.
