Fleetwood Recognizes Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Achievers in Las Vegas

RIVERSIDE, Calif., Sept. 11, 2008 - Fleetwood Enterprises' RV Group, a leading producer of recreational vehicles, presented 152 dealers with its 17th annual Circle of Excellence award during its 2007 National Dealer Meeting at the Paris Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev. on Wednesday, September 3, 2008.

Fleetwood awards the Circle of Excellence to dealers who received positive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores from at least 93.5% of their customers surveyed.

"Our Circle of Excellence awards celebrate Fleetwood dealers who provide the ultimate in customer service and demonstrate the high value they place on their customer relationships and customer satisfaction," said Paul Eskritt, president of Fleetwood's RV Group. "Once again this year we had the privilege of honoring one dealership who has received perfect CSI scores every year since the inception of the Circle of Excellence award program 17 years ago."

Stewart's RV from Saint Clairsville, OH -- which has been the only dealership to achieve CSI perfection -- received a standing ovation from the audience filled with peers, Fleetwood associates and suppliers.

"People always want to know our secret," said Bob Stewart, owner of Stewart's RV and a Fleetwood dealer since 1950. "And I tell them there really is no secret. We just treat people the way we would want to be treated, and we never take advantage of any relationship we have -- no matter how long we have known them."
