Chrysler Announces New Mid-Atlantic Business Center Director

AUBURN HILLS, MI - August 21, 2008 - Yesterday, Chrysler LLC named Peter Fong, Director – Mid-Atlantic Business Center, reporting to Steven Landry, Executive Vice President, North American Sales, Chrysler LLC. In this position, Peter is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day Business Center Operation including sales, service and local marketing. Chrysler’s Maryland based Business Center is responsible for 428 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships in major markets including Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; Wilmington, DE; Washington, D.C.; Charleston, WV; and Norfolk, Virginia.
“Peter is a great addition to our sales team and will be instrumental in growing our business in the important Mid-Atlantic markets,” said Landry. “He brings great experience in managing sales and service, but most importantly is committed to helping dealers achieve success.”
Peter joins Chrysler after 14 years with Ford Motor Company where he gained extensive experience in Field Sales, Service and Parts Operations. His most recent position was Regional Manager; Sales Operations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to Ford, he held various positions within the United States Navy. He holds a bachelor’s of science in mechanical engineering and a M.B.A both from Villanova University.
