Tacoma, WA, August 20,2008 - LeMay - America's Car Museum(r) is pleased to announce the recent pledge of $200,000 from Harry Delaloye of Seattle. Mr. Delaloye and his wife, June, began to generously support the Museum in 2002 in response to the mailing of OpenRoad- the Museum's quarterly publication and have remained enthusiastic supporters ever since.

June Delaloye passed away in April 2007 and Mr. Delaloye decided to make this pledge to "The Drive for America's Car Museum" campaign in her honor. President & CEO of LeMay - America's Car Museum, David Madeira expressed his gratitude over such a meaningful donation. "Harry and June Delaloye typify a quiet generosity, supporting the Museum faithfully for many years, without seeking the lime light of recognition. Their kind notes and faithful support over the years have been a great encouragement to us. We regret that June will not be present when the Museum does open but are delighted that we will be able to honor them permanently in the facility".

The gift will provide for the naming of a Board Room in the new Museum, planned to open to the public in 2010. The permanent recognition will also serve in memory of Mrs. Delaloye.
