Almost 400 New Products - New EVIDIS Disinfection Unit
SCHWABISH HALL/FRANKFURT - Behr Hella Service is extending its thermal-management range in the field of engine cooling and vehicle air conditioning by almost 400 new products for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The new products are documented on a DVD which is available free of charge at the joint booth with Hella in hall 3.0/D91. Behr Hella Service is attending Automechanika for the second time since the joint venture was founded in 2005. The main focus of the new products is on the product series of coolant radiators, charger intercoolers, Visco coolant radiators/condenser fans, air-conditioning compressors and air-conditioning condensers. A large proportion of the products are those which Behr Hella Service has included in its range for vehicles from the Korean car manufacturers Hyundai, Kia and Chevrolet/Daewoo. More than 330 products are now included in this special sector. This means that Behr Hella Service covers up to 85% of the parts requirement in Western Europe in the individual product groups for Korean vehicles. In addition to this, the portfolio of Visteon products was also extended by more than 20 new products. Since January 2008, Behr Hella Service has been the sales partner of the Visteon Corporation for products for vehicle air conditioning and engine cooling, and supplies the independent automotive aftermarket in Europe. In the first step, the company included about 300 Visteon products in the range. These products are marketed under the brand Behr Hella Service.
New EVIDIS disinfection unit for garages
Among other means,
Behr Hella Service is underlining its garage competence at Automechanika
2008 via the extensive range of tools and service units for thermal
management. New to this range is the EVIDIS disinfection unit, which will
be demonstrated live at the fair booth. With this unit, the
air-conditioning evaporator, ventilation system and vehicle interior can be
disinfected quickly and safely, driving out the unpleasant smell that can
arise on the evaporator with time due to bacteria and fungal
infestation.
