MILTON KEYNES - August 4, 2008: Chrysler LLC today announced the appointment of Federico Goretti to Managing Director – Chrysler UK.

"We’re pleased to welcome Federico to our Chrysler UK family,” said Mike Manley, Chrysler LLC Executive Vice President International Sales. “His track record is outstanding. Adding someone as well respected as Federico underscores our commitment to the UK market.”

Goretti was formerly Managing Director, Chrysler Italy and most recently International Project Director, Chrysler LLC. Goretti brings to the organisation a broad range of international sales and marketing experience, having worked for a number of different auto manufacturers in Japan and the UK, as well as Italy.

"I’m confident Federico will enjoy good chemistry with our strong team of dealers and Chrysler employees,” said Thomas Hausch, Chrysler LLC Vice President - Europe, Middle East and Africa. “We informed our dealer council ahead of this announcement and the reaction was very positive. They welcome his vast Chrysler background, substantial international sales and marketing experience - particularly in the UK - as well as his high standing with Chrysler headquarters as a result of his past successes.”

Today’s announcement is effective August 1, 2008. Goretti will report to Director – International Sales & Marketing, Western and Central Europe, Jacques Bousquet.
