Think You're Cool? Visit COOL 2009 and Find Out!
BIRMINGHAM - July 31, 2008: Since its first appearance as the Cool Pavilion ’97, COOL 2009 again promises to be the largest single display of refrigerated transport equipment and vehicles in Europe. COOL returns to its traditional CV Show home in hall 3a of the NEC Birmingham, from 28-30 April 2009, creating a unique meeting place for reefer and cold store operators.
With more than nine months to go, leading players such as Frigoblock, Krone, Paneltex, RVL, Schmitz Cargobull and Solomon have already booked their space and will be showing the latest developments in the sector.
The first specialist sector in the Commercial Vehicle Show, COOL was praised by visitors in research conducted after the 2008 Show, as explained by Tony Young, CV Show manager. “In common with our other specialist sectors, COOL scored highly with 86% of respondents rating it excellent, very good or good,” said Tony. “Our return to halls 1-5 of the NEC for the next three years means COOL will have a permanent home in the heart of the CV Show halls, ensuring visitors with specific interest in cold chain distribution know just where to look, before viewing the diverse content of the rest of the CV Show.”
Show organisers are delighted over 40% of the available space is already booked, just one month after CV Show 2009 details were sent to potential exhibitors. There is a real possibility that 2008’s success will be repeated when the Show sold out well before it opened. Exhibitors wanting to be allocated space on the first draft Show plan are urged to contact the sales team on 01634 261262 or e-mail sales@cvshow.com
The CV Show will be held at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham from 28-30 April 2009. It is the fastest growing and most successful business to business event of its type in Europe, with free entry available across the three day exhibition. The event is owned by the CV Show Partnership, comprising the Road Haulage Association, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and the IRTE (Institute of Road Transport Engineers), a professional sector of the SOE (Society of Operations Engineers). Crystal Communications handles stand space sales and marketing for the Partnership.
