Skoda Brings The Test Drive To You
MILTON KEYNES - July 29, 2008: Škoda in St. Albans is the first ‘virtual’ retailer, helping customers find time to test drive its cars via the new Škoda2U initiative.
The scheme, launched jointly with Škoda Auto UK and Palmers Motor Company, allows customers to access the full range of dealer services without actually visiting a Škoda dealership.
Adrian Hewett, Territory Manager at Palmers, personally delivers the car to drivers’ homes or workplaces at a convenient time, providing the full retailer experience for customers whenever and wherever they choose.
Nigel Roome, Area Operations Manager for Škoda UK comments: “With time being so valuable we’re sure that customers will really appreciate a service such as Škoda2U, which simplifies the whole test drive process whilst bringing Škoda’s famous human touch to life.”
Adrian’s friendly, no obligation service provides information and advice, demonstrations, and a valuation of current vehicles for part exchange. He will even collect the Škoda after 24 hours if required. Škoda2U covers St. Albans, Luton, Hemel Hemstead, Berkhamstead and surrounding areas.
