Volkswagen's Finest Head To Wolfsburg For Award Presentation
WOLFSBURG – July 17, 2008: Volkswagen’s top Retailers are today heading to the company’s headquarters in Wolfsburg, Germany, to receive a prestigious award in recognition of their performance in customer satisfaction and aftersales activities.
Ten Retailers from across the UK have been selected from 100 aftersales customer service businesses across Europe to receive the accolades, emphasising Volkswagen’s commitment to aftersales and customer satisfaction.
Three small, three medium and three large Retailers were selected for the award, along with one stand-alone Authorised Repairer according to how they scored in the CEM (Customer Experience Management) survey on customer service and first-time fix. This score was then combined with a number of sales and profit criteria to find the winners.
The following Retailers will be presented with the award by senior Volkswagen AG representatives at the event in Wolfsburg:

The accolades will be awarded annually on an ongoing basis, encouraging Retailers to continue to strive to offer the very best in customer care.
