Many of the mechanics currently supported by the charity worked in Grand Prix racing many years ago, and it is Sir Jackie's hope that the Trust will be in a financial position to continue to offer support for many years to come. This will ensure that the people Sir Jackie calls "the true professionals in the sport" are looked after, long after they have left the care and security of their current teams.
