Electric sports car pioneers Tesla Motors choose Automotive PR to support European media launch project
Following its April 9, 2008 announcement to enter the European market, Tesla Motors has chosen Automotive PR as its partner for the three month media launch project this summer of the world’s first all-electric sports car. The California-based electric vehicle pioneer generated enormous media interest in the US with its announcement of the series production 125 mph Tesla Roadster. The second half of 2008 will see the company enter Germany, the UK and other major European markets.
Throughout the summer Tesla Motors will display its products in a number of countries and locations, starting with next weekend’s grueling “24h of Le Mans” where Tesla has been invited to bring its all-electric sports car. July will see Tesla Motors appear at the London “Salon Privé” from 2 to 4 July, followed by the legendary “Goodwood Festival of Speed” in the south of England on the weekend 11-13 July.
Tesla will attend the London Motor Show in the British Capital starting July 23rd where visitors can see the cars and meet with Tesla management to learn more about the Tesla Roadster.
