MIS Celebrates Anniversary With 40 for 40 Prize Giveaway
BROOKLYN, Mich. — Michigan International Speedway is as much about the fans as the drivers and events that race here.
So starting today, the Irish Hills race track will be awarding 40 prizes to 40 lucky winners. Fans only have to sign up at MISpeedway.com/40for40giveaway to be eligible to win.
“We’re excited to celebrate our 40-year anniversary with our race fans,” track President Roger Curtis said. “MIS is as much about its fans and the experience they have here as it is about the racing. It’s about creating lasting memories for every person, every time.”
Prizes for the “40 for 40” contest will range from T-shirts and hats to a recently published book from the Jackson Citizen Patriot that chronicles the events at MIS over the last 40 years. Fans who sign up for the contest will also receive MIS’ Official Newsletter, giving them up-to-date news on the track and NASCAR, as well as ticket, camping and hospitality options.
“We always want to keep our fans informed on what we’re doing at MIS,” Curtis said. “All of the things that happen here, from our capital improvement projects to our media events featuring Tony Stewart and Kid Rock, we want our fans updated and informed on how we are making their experiences here better.”
Fans that are selected as prize winners will be notified by the speedway and listed on MISpeedway.com.
The speedway is also looking for fans to submit some of their favorite memories. If you have a moment you’d like to share – on-track or off – send them to contacts@MISpeedway.com today.
