A. O. Smith Declares Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE, April 15 -- Directors of A. O. Smith Corporation today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.18 per share on Common Stock and Class A Common Stock.

The dividend is payable on May 15 to shareholders of record April 30.
